32,000 sqm gross floor area of hotel, spa, conference facilities, restaurants, and event spaces in Strömstad on the west coast of Sweden. Construction is planned to start in Q3 2025.

Our work has been ongoing since 2019 and has included everything from branding to concept and technical design. We are now entering the next phase of design development with building permits and detailed planning.
